Mina utgifter är här! 🇸🇪

My Expenses is now fluent in Swedish. Our latest update brings full localization—from the app name to every transaction state—to our privacy-focused finance tracker.

Huge thanks to Kristoffer Grundström, who did a lot of the heavy lifting for this translation!: https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/my-expenses/-/sv/

Update to version 4.0.8 and start budgeting in Swedish!

🚀 MyExpenses v4.0.7 is out! This update introduces Natural Sort for tags, categories, accounts, and parties:
🔢 Numbered items now follow a human-friendly order! Instead of seeing "Account 1, Account 10, Account 2," they are now correctly sorted as "1, 2, 10."
🎨 We also continue refining the New Design V2. This release includes further optimizations to ensure a smoother, faster, and more intuitive UX.
Available now on Google Play Beta channel and soon on F-Droid!

My Expenses 4.0.6.5 is out, shaped by your feedback on the new main screen design V2! See the full list of changes at [https://github.com/mtotschnig/MyExpenses/issues/1895].
The most common request: more space for the transaction list. The bottom bar is now optional — replace it with a collapsible navigation rail on the left, toggled via the burger icon.
And the floating action button can be configured to use the shape and behavior your are familiar with from V1.

Version 4.0.6.4 introduces an optimized tablet version of V2 — the new main screen design — which is now the default for all users.

You can still switch back to V1, but we encourage you to try V2 and let us know if anything is missing, not working as expected, or feels less optimal than V1.

Your feedback will help us improve V2 before we phase out V1.

Version 4.0.6.2 adds several missing pieces to the account list in V2:
- the Grand Total account is now always visible, even when accounts are grouped by currency, type or flag
- Filters for Payee/Payer, Category, Tags now work correctly in aggregate accounts
- Sort configuration
- Links to management of account types and flags
Today we introduce a series of 4.0.6.x releases that will incrementally improve the redesigned main screen (v2). In version 4.0.6.1: History and distribution now work with the new types of aggregate accounts for account types and account flags.

My Expenses 4.0.6 brings a sneak peek at what’s next:

We’re experimenting with a new, more modern interface that uses bottom navigation instead of the classic drawer — designed to be simpler and more comfortable to use.

Want to try it? Enable V2 under Settings → User Interface → Version, take it for a spin, and let us know what you think.

Once V2 is feature-complete, it will become the default experience, and V1 will be gradually retired. Your feedback will help shape that transition.

Some banks have discontinued support for the HKKAZ business transaction (MT940 transaction retrieval) in November.
Version 4.0.5 now also supports HKCAZ, enabling transaction retrieval in the modern CAMT format.

Version 4.0.4 improves the User Experience of how you manage payer/payee. Now you can:

- edit an existing payer/payee directly on the transaction form;
- bulk delete unused payers/payees;
- bulk remove payers/payees from the transaction list.

It also includes minor improvements to the balance sheet:

- The “Show all” toggle is now split into “Show hidden” and “Show 0 balance” for finer control.
- It’s now possible to navigate directly to hidden accounts from the balance sheet.
