#firefox (since v145) #quic stack marks and reflects IP Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN).
~60% of send paths are ECN capable (i.e. reflect ECT0 and CE). ~40% of send paths bleach the ECN signal. Some small percentage of send paths blackhole the entire traffic when setting ECT0.

Jazz concert and Ethiopian food in Itaewon last Friday. The district is "the expats district". Nowhere can you see so many foreigners. Very diverse area.
Meine Zeit in Korea neigt sich dem Ende zu. Auf den letzten Metern habe ich noch eines der besten Gerichte kennen gelernt: *Malatang*. Restaurants bieten gefühlt 10_000 Arten von Tofu zum selbst zusammenstellen an. Nach dem Zusammenstellen wird alles zu einer leckeren Suppe auf Erdnussbasis gekocht. Ein Paradies.
