Last fall, I was at my heaviest weight. I’m down 15 pounds! My target weight is to be down 85, but I’ll think I’ll be happy if I can fit into my old clothes first. I really just want to feel better and be in the habit of working out and making more mindful choices with what I eat.

She hasn’t been heard from since and her family cannot locate her. She may or may not have been transported to a different facility in Wisconsin. This weekend, I have successfully read two academic journal articles about #CommunityMusic of my own volition! I am proud of myself.
Today is the 14th anniversary of my first day teaching.
