In this house we get excited over our cakes… 💦 Pistachio-limoncello pound-ish cake. Pistachio instant custard mix, limoncello, Skyr, butter, eggs, sugar etc. I’m my own worst critic, but this was pretty much a perfect bake.

Today’s garden bounty, and a purple tomatillo taste testing. With the basket, WYSIWYG— the layer of produce is generally no more than two deep with a cloth prop in the bottom. Not trying to fake anything here. 😂

I’m not perfect; it took me two tries (and in between those two tries my score increased by 27%). But I got it. Unit 1 down, and I’m a little emotional, if I’m honest! Onward tomorrow to Unit 2: Differentiation: definition and basic derivative rules.
Go out and find something that you were told (maybe even by you yourself) that you couldn’t do, and give it a try. There is no failure, as long as you learn SOMETHING!
