Finally, after months of waiting, my MCON controller is here. It’s pretty slick engineering. I only wish people would stop pretending that this thumbstick layout isn’t stupid. Xbox and Nintendo have it right and anyone who disagrees is wrong.
Was going on a trip today so I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to test the battery on the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
Off the charger at 10AM. It’s now midnight and I have 7% left. Pretty heavy usage, although I didn’t really use the camera at all.
Kinda bonkers.

Everyone has already said it, but I’ll just add my echo: You have to hold this thing to believe it. It’s unreal and I want it so bad. Unfortunately, I need more than a single camera, so it’s not for me. But it’s really incredible.
