#breweries #craftbeer it’s nice to get to try some beer at Brewaucracy Brewery & Taproom. Nice place with plenty of space to sit and good atmosphere. Friendly service.

#craftbeer Karamu pluots: fresh with a bit sour
Karamu nectarines: shaper taste of fruit
Pit faced fruited sour: not very sour but very taste
Stockholm syndrome: balanced level of bitterness and freshness
Capital! Barleywine: nice and strong, a bit too much for my taste.

Human Resources amber lager: very nice with nice yeast taste
Blackened budget black ipa: interesting charcoal taste, flavour wise not really an IPA.

This is a really good one, whisky barrel aged sour ale from 8 Wired.
This one has a balance between the woodiness and sourness, the body is light with a smooth texture. For a 8% beer it’s not overpowering. Overall very well rounded delicious beer. #craftbeer

The last of the fruit smoothie from Thee Sisters. They really need to control the secondary fermentation. This one is out of control.

The mango one is really disappointing. It’s over sweet and sour without real mango flavour. Avoid this one. #craftbeer
So far my least favourite fruit smoothie, can’t find the mango taste at all, it’s a very sweet and sour mess, should really fail down the sweetness and have some bitterness in it. #craftbeer
The dragonfruit one is not as good as the watermelon one, it’s too sweet and artificial, and lack the bitterness to balance it. #craftbeer

Sungold: nice, fresh, flowery.
Fugazi: a bit wheat taste but very light.
More jooosh!: nice hazy!
Fresh Jan: not that good.
Sludgefest: emmm, not sure if l love or hate it.
Chance Luck magic: it’s not bad, it’s just the same as all the other barrel aged beer from garage project, no surprise there. #craftbeer #bar
#craftbeer this is an interesting one. The watermelon flavour is fresh and tastes not overly sweet. The texture is fluffy and rich so it has a bit of smoothie feeling, but a bit too heavy so lack the refreshing feeling of a real smoothie. It has a bit bitter after taste, but this makes the taste more complex and I like the slight bitterness.
