So we've found decent alcohol free options for lagers and whisky. We haven't found a decent tasting alcohol free red wine (cab or pinot noir). Anyone with some recommended options?

I have to admit, Proton has greatly eased completely migrating off of Windows on our home system. This was about the 3rd or 4th attempt in the last 10 years or so, but I think I'm successfully stuck to Linux.
It has also eliminated any desire to upgrade my hardware, my old stuff is completely sufficient for my workflow again.
Look, if I have to pay centralized university cost centers out of project grant dollars, they should probably be IDC exempt, right? Getting squeezed from both ends as a researcher.
