The US and Paraguay voted no. The US called for the recorded vote in the first place.

The TRICORDER trial gave AI stethoscopes to 96 NHS practices. When doctors used them: 3.5x more atrial fibrillation detected, 2.3x more heart failure caught.
But 70% of practices stopped using them. The device didn't integrate with existing health records. An extra 15-second workflow step got skipped.
The tech works. The system doesn't.
