#weekendjam #livecoding in flok
I am both thrilled and a little shy to share my very first patch created with Strudel.cc. It has a dreamy and melancholic vibe that I truly cherish. :)
notes
- there's something creatively / emotionally freeing about all your work's credit being claimed by a group (eg: #pastagang) rather than you. see: https://www.todepond.com/report/arroost/
- if you write "bad" code that's short and simple, it makes it easier for someone to jump into it.
- if you delete your hushed or commented out code, it leaves room that can tempt someone else to jump in.
- hopping into someone else's code and increasing the volume of their sound gives them confidence to GO FOR IT
The #Orca programming language chat channel on lurk is down, so in addition to the forum, I've created a room on discord to ask questions, as well as a mailing list
