Could literally go on and on with this. The Judge simply stated what those before her in Court told her to her face, all of which was widely reported -- they participated in sacking the Capitol on January 6th because of loyalty to Trump who, quite accurately, remains free to this day. That Trump is associated with these crimes, well, that's Trump's fault, not the Judge's for stating the fact aloud.
You could say the same thing about Trump regarding Comey: "The President of the United States fired his FBI Director because the FBI Director was investigating him for election fraud, and Trump remains free to this day." Another truthful statement.
You could say exactly the same thing about the case against Michael Cohen and you'd be reciting a simple, accurate fact -- Michael Cohen was convicted of fraud etc, served time in prison, and his unindicted co-conspirator Individual 1 (a/k/a Trump) "remains free to this day." That's simply a factual statement.
"It’s a blind loyalty to one person who, by the way, remains free to this day." Is that statement sufficient grounds to ask a Judge to recuse? Hardly.
