I wonder if I'm also cursed by the Demon of pixelfed-hashtag-following? Whenever I try to follow one, the circle on the follow-button just keeps whirling in the feel-free-to-wait-until-you-die patience and style.
I'm cursed by the demon of renovations.
I was so looking forward to a nice take away thai dinner from the stand in the Copenhagen waiting hall, but guess what? Yes, renovations, closed. 😩
Well, hot chocolate in the first class lounge it is, until it's time to move on to Malmö.
Glory, glory Denmark: land of free coffee in the first class!
I took the exotic S-bahn to Pinneberg & ECE to Copenhagen connection from Hamburg. I arrived in Pinneberg early, thinking of nice cup of coffee and provision shopping, instead of struggling the hbf Edeka.
Oh noes, it was a stuttgart renovation hell all over again. I can't fathom how one can even make such a mess out of this small a station. Nor how can a cafeteria be so uninviting. Luckily, I was saved by a börek bought just outside of the station maze.
Well, here's a great #overnighthotel in Hamburg! Ten or so minutes walk from hbf, ~20 € night in a Camping ground box. It really is a small one, but kind of a private room anyway. With a tiniest window. They seem to sell pretty quickly though.
