I've already said that ZoomInfo is a cancer but I was surprised to learn a small detail about their Outlook plugin (which no org should allow to be installed but that's another story). The plugin doesn't just siphon out the installer's contacts (as you'd expect): it also parses the signature blocks of every email in their inbox to extract names, titles, and phone numbers. Smart! Feculent!
