Had a good stay at #cardiffbay #premierinn - it was exactly what you expect from the brand. Also had an unexpectedly good meal at #pizzaexpress in #Mermaidquay - person serving us Anh was excellent with my daughter and extremely helpful, despite them not having many staff on duty. Gave head office some feedback by email and a decent tip!

Had a nice drive around #cwmcarn #forest #drive today. Not been there since I was a teenager - recently reopened and well worth a visit. Some great views up towards #ebbwvale and beyond, and down across the #avonmouth estuary. Chargers the car at a #dragoncharging charger - it wasnโt as quick as I hoped, but not too bad getting back to 80%. Off to #CardiffBay and a night stop at the #premierinn tomorrow
