Have you heard of the “Poe Toaster?”

Every year, on Edgar Allan Poe’s birthday, people gather at his grave, a tall figure in a black cape and top hat appears, places three roses on the grave, and makes a toast of cognac to Poe’s memory.

Something tells me that he’d have appreciated that.
