A random nobody interested in politics and sports. Pained by India's descent into fascism and the apathy of the majority towards the suffering of "others".
@mirrornw3 from Twitter.
My country died a while ago. Tomorrow is just the final rites. Jai Hind.

You are a Nazi:
If you directly support Nazis.
If you indirectly support Nazis.
If your actions support Nazis.
If your actions enable Nazis.
If your silence supports Nazis.

And once you are a Nazi, you are dead to me.

First two people I followed here are @yehlog and @Deepsealioness .

But I always knew what Modi was like. I was part of the Times of India Ahmedabad team that covered the 2002 riots. Every awful story you have heard is true. It was planned, it was vicious, it was controlled by the government. The police stood by. The rioters had lists of who to attack from sales tax and excise departments. Those camps are etched in my memory even though sometimes I want to forget them.
My Mother went into hospital 6 weeks after demonic demonetisation. She died in January 2017. We saw the suffering in hospital, as people scrambled for money. You stood in line for your own money or you nursed your Mother. We had to borrow cash for her funeral. No cremation ground in Dehradun is digitalised! (I add this because I was severely trolled on Twitter for mentioning this). I can never forgive nor forget Narendra Modi's assualt on India. 1/2

Ironically, most of the crowd who were cheerleaders at Howdy Modi, Houston last month are Trump's prospective victims. Once Trump cracks down further on H1B/H4 visa prog before 2020 elections, many of these techies will be back home sitting on the bench or lose spousal employment rights in US. Serves them well.

Big Increase In Denial Of H1-B Visas, Indian IT Firms Worst Hit: Study

The Trump administration's restrictive immigration policies have led to massive increase in the rejection of petitions for H-1B visas with the highest denial rate among major Indian IT companies, according to a study carried out by an American think-tank.

I heard Mastodon is becoming popular in India now, that is great news. Welcome everyone
