Late last week #FM23 had it’s 4 millionth player - an incredible achievement in itself, but to do it after just 5 months after release is unprecedented.
Huge thanks to all of you for your support of our work - and huge thanks to the team that I’m so lucky to work with at Sports Interactive.

Yesterday afternoon we passed 2 million players of #FM23 across all platforms - a rise of more than 50% players year on year!

This month's internal only #foottalk at Sports Interactive was with the brilliant Brian Sørensen, manager of
Everton Women which included a massively educational tactics masterclass. Huge thanks to Everton for helping us put it on - we learnt loads that will help steer future games.

Wardrobe dilemma/first world problem today.

Am doing a partially outdoor press event this afternoon, then straight over to a posh War Child dinner this evening without going home first - one casual, one suited.

Think I might have to ignore the dress code for both & go halfway for both, with a change of shoes from trainers to proper shoes.

The average playtime since the #FM23 beta launch 2 and a bit weeks ago up til midnight last night is 62 hours per player.

Which is more than most games releases have in their lifespans.
