Hey everyone!

I'm working on a video to see what the Linux community (or at least people who follow me) actually use.

So, I created a little form, hosted on my Nextcloud (hopefully it's up to the task...)

It's only up for 2 days, so don't hesitate to share it around, it will help me "touch grass" and see if my preconceived notions are confirmed, or invalidated!

The scam site steamdeck . info is trying to bury my video on them. I will be fighting this. This isnโ€™t right. It is a very clear Steam / Steam Deck scam site I am warning people about.

Found the Steam account of who runs the scam store too. It even says right on their profile to buy the Steam Deck on their store ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ

They've removed the "Limited Edition" Steam Decks, and they've seemingly removed all games that mentioned it was a Steam Account being sold. Clearly they're trying to hide what they've been doing, while also trying to keep my video blocked for what they're doing.

I would share more of what this store has emailed me, but they've now added a confidentially note to their email footer to hide what they say over their official email about all this too. Speaks volumes eh?

@lexd0g @gamingonlinux It's blocked for me, too. But it works with an UK VPN so it seems they're blocking based on countries now.

@gamingonlinux Be thankful youโ€™re not in #Australia - we have the most ridiculous, over-zealous #defamation legislation (laws) in the world and people are frequently sued over the most trivial things, no matter how small they may beโ€ฆ Most of the time, the โ€œdefamedโ€ party is successful. A case like this one in Australia would almost certainly see *you* coming off second-best, even though this #scammer is *clearly* in the wrong hereโ€ฆ
