@itsfoss I recovered from my Manjaro (Arch) illness. The remedy: a good injection of Debian 13 did the trick. Now I’m in a Linux Zen state…
Finally an article about Manjaro’s issues (actually the real interesting part is in the comments). I have been running Manjaro, and regretting installing it very much. I got flames from the community when I ask why Manjaro is broken again after a simple update. Apparently I need to read through the user boards before I update. WTF!
In the meantime I couldn’t care less as happily moved on to Debian.
@nixCraft This list is deceptive. Look at more details at the % of renewables per country. Suddenly a county like USA drops to place 124.
@Tuuktuuk @aus_der_UBahn @EUCommission yeah agreed on speed. 120km/h doesn’t even make much difference for the typical distances traveled.
@Tuuktuuk @aus_der_UBahn @EUCommission I can tell you one case, where a schoolmate drove his Porsche at the Autobahn and drove himself to death at 240km/h. With speed limits enforced he would still be alive. At least way more likely. I don’t speed in France as the speed limits are aggressively enforced 🚗===🚓🇫🇷
@EUCommission absolute reduction percentage graph is somewhat misleading. I see Netherlands is -3% but what are the absolute numbers? Road deaths per 1000 inhabitants?
