KI-Erfolg ist zu 70% Mensch und Prozess. Nicht Technologie und Algorithmus. Der kommt aus dem Silicon Valley. Im Mittelstand eine klare 'Buy'-Entscheidung. Ob ChatGPT oder Claude Sonnet ist dabei zweitrangig. Disruptiv ist die Tatsache, dass es ihn gibt. In der Anwendung ist KI recht simpel: No Code, Prompting und SAAS kann fast jeder. Mit Spielregeln und Training. Die häufigste Frage in Schulungen ist: Wie darf ich KI sicher nutzen? Leitplanken schaffen hier Sicherheit. Auch für Value ist Training entscheidend. Richtig eingesetzt verbessert KI Prozesse. AI Ambassadors sollten auch Green Belts sein. Denn: KI ist ein Tool. Sie löst keine Prozessprobleme. Auch keine Peopleprobleme.
