By day, I work in SharePoint/Power Platform development.

For fun, I enjoy fiddling with my #aquarium, riding my #ebike, tinkering around with #HomeAssistant, playing #Factorio, going to #MetalShows, #Grilling, and reading about spaceships fighting.

We have five cats, which are henceforth referred to as The Goblins.

Why wouldn't they install a default dictionary with #KOReader? It's kind of crazy that I have to download files and move them to my device manually.

My wife and I just recently started watching #F1. Just before last season, we watched the most recent season of #DriveToSurvive then we watched the 2025 F1 season and we have really enjoyed it.

One of my favorite things about the races is it's timeboxed. The race is over after X laps or 2 hours, which ever one comes first and I really think that's brilliant. 2 hours is just enough time. NFL games can go on too long IMO. I really like hearing all the radio chatter and such and I think other sports learn a thing or two about it.

Honestly, I think old Windows File Explorer is my fav file explorer.
What is the point of cosmic desktop anyway? I just don't think I like it.

Hello everyone! 👋

It would be very helpful if you could share and link this post to help federate our new site. 🥰

Thanks, everyone! 🙏

I'm also of the mind that Costco purposefully does not include the size/amount of things on the receipt because they do not want you to easily comparison shop by unit price.

I'm using the default web client on desktop for Mastodon. When I click on Live feeds, I see three options:

  • This server
  • Other servers
  • All

The first and third ones are self explanatory but what is the second? Is this people from servers that our server is friends with?? @jerry

If you don't boost the posts we can't have any Fedi!

HOW CAN WE HAVE ANY FEDI IF YOU DON'T BOOST THE POSTS?!?!

Costco on a Sunday is hell on earth. Everyone has these giant carts, no one knows how to act or where to be. I feel in the way and there's no where to be without feeling in the way. Not great Bob.

@Andrea I use these for that functionality. But like the Sonoff's mentioned earlier, these are also zigbee so you'd need to add a zigbee dongle to your setup. Single press, double press, long press options for running automations.
