I've been thinking about a sharing feature for Mountain Passes.

Sharing shouldn't be about a single activity. It should be about your story. Your passes, your countries, your summers. Built over years.

"My Story" cards showcasing your journey:

Thanks for the heads up @com. Cyclists definitely earn those passes! 🔥
GPX import is already there (I even used it to import my own cycling tracks for testing). But HealthKit would be more straightforward. I really like your idea of adding heart-rate stats to the posters.
I’m just a bit cautious not to turn this into a Strava competitor. It’s more about celebrating personal achievements, recording memories, and exploring.

@com Thanks! Yes, OSM’s mountain_pass tag is the starting point for it. It's very good, but it’s not always consistent or complete.
The passes with posters are manually curated and verified. And I’d like to use user input to help validate and improve the data in the future

Hi, I'm building Mountain Passes, a pass tracking app for motorcyclists and car drivers.
The idea is to explore alpine passes on a map, track the ones you're visiting and unlock vintage style posters.
