@gabrielesvelto The AI push was definitely the more effective than the above in how it collected investment and rolled out a massive money wave, but I suspect the energy crunch from the Iran war after effects will pop the AI bubble.

John...what frightens them is the idea that they might have to just short-circuit the whole system and give away the energy so their people don't storm their houses and string them up.
Why is that scary?
Because if they can make energy free for a month, they can make it free permanently, and people know that.
Joe Biden, for example, had free healthcare and no evictions and a small UBI and guaranteed time off from COVID, but knew if he didn't scuttle it quickly USians would get used to it.
@gabrielesvelto I think it's sort of going on a tangent to put the blame on the tech when there is so much bad management at the core of the bubble. AI is also being used as a scapegoat to cover the results of previous bad management decisions.
