Wisdom teeth got taken out on Thursday and I've been forbidden intense exercise for a week or so.
It's Sunday and I really could go for some of those endorphins. But I also don't want to start bleeding all over the gym while trying to lift heavy.

Canadian friends who drive: Transport Canada is soliciting feedback on ultra-bright vehicle headlights and headlight glare at night.
I encourage you to give them data on your experience, so that they might update the regulations to stop SUVs from routinely blinding me with their factory-fitted Nuclear Fireball 9000 LED Darkness Devastators Shock And Awe Edition headlights aimed directly into my face and eyes.
Also, it would really delight me if you start using the hashtag #deskdwellers for challenges you face as someone with a desk job.
How do you cope? Got any good tips for other Desk Dwellers to get more movement in? Good stretches for the neck and back aches? :)
Ice storm yesterday so I did leg day at home last night.
No squat rack or heavy weights, so this was all done with bodyweight and kettlebells or dumbbells:
- Pistol squats
- Reverse Nordics
- Kettlebell swings
- Single leg calf raises, on a kitchen stool holding a kettlebell.
Feeling it in a good way this morning.
Could have added some abs but core was not recovered from ab wheel rollouts I did the other day. Those are hard!
Where do the #lowtech and #NeoLuddites hang out? The #permaculture and #bicycle geeks? The co-op and #RepairCafe heroes?
Looking for alternate scenes around alternate living: sharing, building, eating, and learning together.
Much obliged.
Freezing rain all today.
I'm annoyed because my plans for the day have to change. Trying to learn to be flexible, to understand when change happens due to things out of my control. But it's hard!!

Wow, ancient Live Laugh Love!
