Incidentally, my laptop runs Mint Debian and games in Steam mostly don't run. Am I supposed to go through 10 or more versions of Proton in the 'Compatibility" option? My laptop is a 12 year old i3 piece of crap so I only run very light games - if they would run. So many folks say everything works with Proton. How come I'm on a different planet to them? 🥴
