@gairdeachas The pull-up belt is pretty easy to use once you see it once. When I got mine it'd been a few years and I was like ... how does this even work with respect to basic physics?

@jonobie We've been doing a lot of training for infographics and editing of generated images, if you haven't tried the product I help build. I don't know for sure if the model with that added training is released yet or if that's the one that's Coming Soon (TM).
app.reve.com if you haven't tried it. We like to think it's the best model in the world, though of course this is a space that changes daily as other companies finish up a training run and release their next model too.

Two years ago today I set a lifetime PR of 155 lb overhead press (at 265 lb body weight). Last year I hit 115 @ <200lb bw. A new relative best today: the same 115 lb weight, but at 180lb! Relative to BW, that was 58% two years ago, and 64% today!
It's funny -- my kids have heard Limp Bizkit before. Bit now that they've seen them opening for Metallica they like them more.
