This is an ad I saw on YouTube for one (I've modified the image so as not to show the exposed private area)

I've reported it to Google and basically the response is nah all fine 🤦‍♂️

Regardless of if the example lady in the picture is real or not it's a bit concerning there is now "an app for that"
