@OkieSpaceQueen A curious connection: That is how I sussed out students who were BSing me in exams. “Tell me more about…” ran out in two or three questions. They hadn’t learned the rhyme and reason on which to base their assertions. #query. A side benefit: I could tell them who to (re)read to prepare for the next exam. To really learn, we have to, as you point out, understand the model.
