This ode to #Markdown in @WIRED took me back 15 years, when one of my first friends in the web programming ecosystem, who liked to write constantly in his Moleskine when he wasn't coding, shared his experience with Markdown, the simplicity and flexibility that meant he could write all his notes once and use them anywhere.
