Make iOS 27 the boring one. A Snow Leopard-style release focused on bugs, stability, and polish. Keep refining Liquid Glass. Finally deliver the Siri features Apple promised a year ago.

Also a wishlist of five things that should already exist in iOS — Messages archive, smaller icons, redesigned folders, and the icon-teleporting bug that has overstayed its welcome by about a decade.

Chrome finally added side tabs, and honestly, it's a bigger deal than people are giving it credit for. Side tabs were one of the things I genuinely loved about Arc. Glad to see it make its way into the mainstream.

Show & Tell just launched on MakerDeck.net. Submit a photo of something you've printed, link to the model if you want, and it goes into a moderated gallery. No account required.

Wrote up the full tech stack — Notion as the CMS backend, Cloudflare R2 for photo storage, and GitHub Actions handling Discord and Mastodon auto-posts on a 15-minute poll.

Got the One UI update on my S26 Ultra today and I can now AirDrop files directly to my iPhone 17 Pro Max. No cables, no third-party apps, it just works through Quick Share. Wild that Google was able to reverse engineer this and it still works.

My first iOS app took me a full year to publish — solo dev, full-time job, the whole grind. 😅

Now that Claude is in my workflow, things are moving much faster. I even rebuilt my entire website from the ground up with it.

This week alone, I shipped:
→ My iPhone Setup page (a peek at everything on my phone)
→ A redesigned link in bio page

Now I'm wondering... should I bring back my very first app? 👀 Punch Bugs might be making a comeback. What do you think?

After giving it careful consideration, I’ve made the difficult decision to boycott Daylight Saving Time this year. I simply can’t, in good conscience, support the loss of a perfectly good hour of sleep. While the clocks may move forward, my personal commitment to standard time remains firm.
