Twelve plays into Legacy of Yu and I still have not finished a campaign. It is one of those games where resources are never quite enough, barbarians are never quite under control, and every win feels like it was never guaranteed.

It's a Wonderful World has completely conquered my heart.
The theme isn't very present, but the satisfaction of choosing which cards to construct each round, and watching your engine click into place, is wonderful.
I love it solo, at two players, or with a full table.

I have played Onirim more than 40 times and I still want more. It is one of those games you can set up in minutes and finish in 15. What really keeps me coming back is the seven expansions in the box. Each one changes the feel of the game without breaking what makes it special. Have you played it solo? Ancient Knowledge is a game that rewards patience. It took me a few plays to really click with it, but once it did, I was hooked. The Heritage expansion adds a solo campaign that gives the whole thing a new level of depth. My best score so far: 70 points!
