How many of these have we done now? Always positive results. When do we stop making these an “experiment” or “study” and put this into action?

An experiment doled out money to homeless people in Denver, no strings attached. Here’s what happened.

I see a bunch of people talking about testing web sites on less-than-ideal networks. If you're developing/testing on macOS and don't want to take a trip to Antarctica to test, download, "Additional Tools for Xcode..." from the Apple developer site, which contains the Network Link Conditioner pref pane. This will allow you to simulate poor network conditions (like slow, and/or lossy). Don't get caught by surprise: test your sites!
