These days, I’m going through a health setback and spend most of my time in the hospital. My body is tired, my spirit weary, but your prayers reach me like a gentle breeze that gives me strength.

It has been nine days since I last received any support. I try to remain strong and patient, but waiting is not easy when the weight on the heart feels heavy. Since the early morning, in the biting cold,my brother set out on a long journey in search of water.
The path was not easy, nor was the distance short, yet he carried on his shoulders the burden of daily life, as if each step were a test of patience and strength.
Every drop of water he brought us is more than just water it is a testament to his sacrifice, to the effort unseen by anyone, and to the exhaustion of his body and soul.

After two days of a low pressure system and running around to keep the water from flooding us, today feels calmer and lighter. So I decided to use this small pause to recharge… and I made rice pudding, a little warmth after two exhausting days.

Can you imagine… since yesterday we haven’t slept at all.
We’ve been standing in the same spot, doing the same thing trying to collect the water before it gets inside the tent.
And the hardest part is that rain is supposed to be a mercy…
but here, it turns into fear.
Every drop that falls has to be calculated.
Every small pool of water can flip the whole day upside down.
