I will also say that Storage Entities weren't really intended for the page layout use case, they are more intended as a core-centric replacement for Field Collections in D7. For page layout there are better options and at this point I would look to XB
The main idea with Storage Entities was to try and keep to the core entities system, which in and of itself is a departure from Paragraphs. Core entities expect to have a label, so Storage Entities honor that, but allow them to be created automatically using tokens

Event Platform: July 2025 Updates
As I made my way home from my first in-person DrupalCamp Asheville, I was still awash in warm memories of lively discussions and laughs with a Drupal community that increasingly feels like an extended family. I got to catch up with good friends I've known for years, and meet new people I hope to see again.
