EU:n pitäisi kieltää X:n käyttö alueellaan jo ihan oman turvallisuutensakin vuoksi. Viranomaisviestinnän lopettaminen siellä on välittömästi tehtävä vähimmäistoimi, mutta myös julkisoikeudelliset yhteisöt voisivat sieltä poistua, ja vastuullinen media voisi olla käyttämättä X:ää lähteenään. Keskustelin taannoin sodista irl, ja mainitsin 1. maailmansodan jäljiltä olevan edelleen asumiskelvottomia alueita. Olin kuulemma väärässä, ja kun en ollut tutustunut aiheeseen vuosikymmeniin niin pelkäsin muistavani väärin.
Tarkistin asian: Verdun on täynnä paitsi eläinten ja ihmisten jäännöksiä, niin räjähtämättömiä pommeja. Maaperä on täynnä lyijyä, elohopeaa, arseniikkia jne.
Alue on ihmiselämään sopivaa 300...700 vuoden päästä.

This is indeed a pretty interesting question to ponder. And if you're, say, Greenland, maybe consider your use of US cloud services...
