To all the #Trans people on here, who speak about being trans, and educate me on language and realities of being trans, I want to say a big thank you.

It is so helpful to those of us with little trans people in our lives (in my case a young child in the extended family). I find that you all give me the words I need, the phrases and arguments to support my loved one, the awareness to predict problems before they arise, and the knowledge that ultimately love and acceptance is the key.

This week I had the chance to present my research at the ECR event at the IPDA Conference. It’s always a privilege to get to talk about my research and to reflect on how important it is to share the findings of the study. The study focused on the lived educational experiences of the participants but at the conference I presented on the relationship between inclusivity labour and professional learning. #trans #nonbinary #autistic #research #ipda
