We're moving back to Waterloo next month 😂, so I've been looking for fedi accounts to follow. Searching for "Waterloo Mastodon" was a surprise though due to a large number of articles about mastodons roaming the area back the the day. 🐘

Meanings of the smoke for the upcoming papal conclave:

Black smoke means they're burning oil, which could be a sign of piston ring or valve stem seal wear

White smoke means they're burning coolant and the papal head gasket has blown

A gentle reminder to the Canadians in my feed. While the polls currently look well for the Conservatives to NOT form the next government, that means nothing if you don't get out and vote. And get out the vote. Complacency because of favourable polls can wreak havoc with the actual results.
