Turns out polyethylene tubing isn’t so great of a diffusion solution if there is thermal variation. Gonna need to source some squishy silicone tubing instead.

Alternately, connecting a python script to a USB spectrometer, sampling a BBQ lighter, and seeing it reasonably match the emission spectrum for plasma in air seen in various scientific papers.
Zorg has a round window and put a loop of blue neon around it, and I can do no less.
