I was served a neutered jalapeño today, in with my street tacos. Street tacos where the only flavor I tasted was in the sauce. At Tijuana Flatts. A place that is "mex-tex," which must be code for: whitewashed Mexican food.

Now, I know jalapeño peppers aren't the spiciest, but they still have a proper kick. So when I eat them in my tacos, I want to feel that heat.

These peppers though were mild enough to where my 84 year old granny could eat them and not immediately set fire to her depends
