@rythur As much as I believe that you are going through something I also believe that I have been through something similar. Keep your health up: sleep, nutrition, laughter. I have seen how magical thinking can lead to delusions of grandeur/persecution. Externalizing deep pains aid in coping but asking for help is the strongest thing anyone can do. Not help from a pill or a session but help from anyone trusted to do nothing other than small talk everyday. Liberty and agency are not the same. ily
