My hot LLM take is that Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc. use transformers for recommendations and scrolling on these sites should be understood, literally, as talking to an LLM. It is the same thing, and it has the same problems of misinformation, 'AI psychosis', corporate control and censorship, etc.

If everyone didn't already update their feeds to use BERT in 2019 and later, they'd have labelled them AI.

People have been spending hours a day interacting with LLMs for years now. :\ oh well
