@lnxgeek @p @svuorela jeg er ikke sikker på jeg husker rigtigt. Fra min tid i telebranchen mindedes jeg der var “a” og “b” numre - hvor “b” er et nummer der bliver vist på displayet og “a” er nummeret der faktureres. Hvis det stadig er sådan må det vel være fordi teleselskaberne til stadighed tjener på at firmaer stadig selv kan vælge hvad der skal være der “b” nummer. Jeg gætter på at teleselskaberne har godt styr på “a” nummeret - hvor til fakturaen skal sendes?

@llebrun is this a result of Mastodon server owners taking pride in running their servers, and don’t want to take any crap from ungrateful users? Then Mastodon could have a open speech problem. 😞

Canadian journalist Erica Ifill just had her mastodon.online account suspended without explanation. She's been sharing stuff critical of Mastodon re: intersectional issues.
I get the decentralized structure and idea that each server has its own rules. But this Reddit-style moderation, where moderators with god-complexes make mysterious and arbitrary decisions, is going to cause people migrating to Mastodon to flee in droves.
@hackerfantastic VSCode is really not that have - and is incredible “our of the box” - but I prefer Vim, and have switched to NeoVIM. It’s not GUI but incredibly lean with its builtin Lua support
