@mindlude my strategy was to wait. I think anyone who doesn’t absolutely need a new GPU right now should “vote with their wallets” and simply not buy at these prices. Businesses will charge as much as they can, for as long as the market lets them.

SVA152: LOWW 🇦🇹 -> OERK 🇸🇦 in the #FF777v2. Don’t get to fly this bird often enough. Just feels wrong to do short legs on it, and rarely have the time to do long hauls. Settled for something in the middle with about 4.5h flight time. #flightsimming #xplane12 #macgaming #boeing

RYR5774 and RYR5151, ferry back and forth between EGPF 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and EIDW 🇮🇪 in the #levelup #738 v2 that was just released, as the first flights for #2026. While the LevelUp versions might not handle exactly as well as the #Zibo, I think the visual upgrades and sounds are worth it, and I think it will be my main 737 workhorse from now on.
I hope the v2 will get livery support soon, as the original liveries do not match 100%.

BAW1474: EGLL 🇬🇧 -> EGPH 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 in the #A32N. Overall uneventful flight with some nice weather changes. Trying to get back into the #VATSIM groove again, and ran the flight in observer mode, but low #fps caused me to loose connection constantly. I might honestly ditch #mac for #flightsimming as the performance is just not there unfortunately.

UPS2412: EGLDD 🇬🇧 -> LOWW 🇦🇹 in the #b752 for some last minute #christmas deliveries. Boy does this bird want to fly. Hardly wanted to stay on the runway at ~60% of Vr. So much power in those #RoyceRoyce engines.

@BasicAppleGuy Another iconic product. Stopped replacing mine though - with their tiny batteries degrading over time they’re essentially a “disposable” item, and not a cheap one at that. Same reason I’m not sure I’ll replace my Apple Watch once it dies.

EZY8075: EGKK 🇬🇧 -> LEMG 🇪🇸 in the #A32N. An adventurous flight. Found out you can open the cockpit windows in the #TolissA320, but forgot to close them. Realized at FL140, struggled to get them closed. Another test for the oxygen masks I guess. Also, random failures enabled, a hydraulic pump failed but could reach our destination safely nonetheless.
