It's massive compliance and development and testing work to be able to implement easy onboarding for GMail or Outlook. We would be basically working for free for these two corporates in order to bring/serve their customers, while almost any chatmail relay is objectively faster, safer and more reliable, and easily available for anyone for free. https://chatmail.at/relays
