Alberta Finance Minister Nate Horner told Rosemary Barton Sunday that Albertans are tired of footing the responsibility for all social programs in this country. Seems to me that Canadians help fund the oil & gas sector, agriculture and we bought Alberta a pipeline, but a province of 4.3 million, who contributed 14.92% of GDP in 2021 is going to hold the rest of the country hostage over the CPP? Anyone else think this is about forcing a change in Ottawa? I feel blackmailed.

The NDP gained two Regina seats.
Moe canβt have the right wing vote split and possibly allow the NDP to take advantage. Thus this quick legislation and notwithstanding clause.
