🌸政大開學了🌸
It was a completely full house at @newbloommag for my book launch, folks were standing in the back and up the stairs! I am totally blown away by such support. My sincerest gratitude to everyone who came and asked such thoughtful questions!
If Ko and Hou manage to make an alliance (a big “if”) it won’t be decided seemingly till mid-end of November. That’s late to be deciding who your ticket is. Considering all the other decisions to go (VP, party list, district noms) they’re setting themselves up for a bumpy ride.
Again, this is not a guaranteed victory for Lai, there's still enough known-unknowns (scandals, blunders, China factor, US factor, etc.) that could hurts his lead in the polls. But if everything stays constant otherwise, it is his election to lose.

In the end, Ko, Hou, and Gou want to be president themselves more than they want the DPP to lose.

William Lai has strong odds to win simply because the pan-blue coalition failed to overcome a political science 101 collective action problem.

For context, I once tweeted about boba pizza being actually good, the thread blew up, and I ended up getting interviewed about it on CNN. Still a highlight of my career.

Domino’s has put bubble tea bubbles on a pizza and people don’t hate it

It might be the ultimate meeting of eastern and western cuisine -- Taiwan's famous bubble tea as a topping on a Domino's pizza.

BOBA PIZZA IS BACK!

It is just as amazing as it was four years ago 🥹

If you live in Taiwan, get to a Domino’s ASAP!!

The PRC calling for a two-state solution to Israel-Palestine is always tragically ironic.
