What are some alternatives to Paint.NET for Linux that has close functionality to Paint.NET with BoltBait's Plugin Pack? I have not found anything while searching, but maybe I'm not searching the right things. Must not be AI generated at all.
Krita has some of the same functions as Paint.NET, but it's intended as a powerful & complex vector based drawing program, not a powerful & complex raster editor. It fails at anything but my most basic tasks because a drawing program is just fundamentally different from what I need. I have heard of Pinta, which is a fork from the last open source version of Paint.NET, but I'm unsure how close it is & I want a bigger list of things to try out.
I am not looking for GIMP.
I am not looking for InkScape.
I am not looking for Pinta. (I already know of it & I'm going to try it, as previously mentioned.)
