Akshat RathiElectric vehicles are already cutting 2.3 million barrels of oil demand per day. That's about to double under a business-as-usual scenario this decade. It could go faster if EV sales rise, which there are indications they will at this oil price.

There's some really cool detail in the data that I'm excited to explore, such as the XOCEAN autonomous survey vessels diligently visiting each foundation of Dogger Bank B during the zoomed in part of the video.
