AH I am so happy about just. accepting the facts of my sensory needs and working with them, instead of depriving myself of flavor!

Ja and I are going to make nachos (this is the first spike in our fancy beans experiment, as they have many fancy dried beans) and I just realized: I can buy a salsa I like and fucking blend it. I can get all of the flavor without the chunks I hate. This is the joy of cooking for myself and accepting my needs and eating at home and I love it.

I am trying to get Ja into The Great North, and it is making me think about how much I love The Great North.

I got them into Jet Lag, and they liked the first episode of Killing Eve. (they want me to watch Hannibal with them, which I actively want to do, but I only have a few episodes of Killing Eve left and I'd like to finish it first)
