Possible Cairn at Ty'n Llwyn: Situated within land managed by Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru (Natural Resources Wales) the site was recently visited by members of the Ffestiniog Archaeological Society. The field management team had noted a stone construct, resembling an arc of a hut circle that became visible following the wind blown felling of a large oak tree and the archaeology group were invited to have a look.

The duck nested in the school courtyard, so her and her hatchlings needed a proper send off since they can't fly away

😍

edit: thanks to @fliggerit for finding the story behind this scene

The duck does this every year- flies into a courtyard, lays her eggs, but the hatchlings can't fly out.

So there is now an annual ritual at the school where they clear the way for the escape.
