One thing that really surprised me when we moved to rural small-town southern Oregon was that there are so many options here for really *really* great coffee.

Noble is my currently-top-ranked, both for the beans and for the coffeeshop. The only place I've been where you have a choice of many varieties/roasts for the OTC to-go espresso, so you can get your chocolatey and berry-flavored, or your bright and citrusy, or your dark and smoky. I made a lot of compost at scale at the former garden, and I will make a lot of compost at scale when the new garden is set up (later this year 🤞🏻), but it was driving me nuts not to be making compost right now. So I bought this turny tumbler thingie. This way I can at least make use of kitchen scraps and spoiled hay.

(yes I know I could have just made a pile but I wanted something pretty because it will live out next to the garage for now)
